1.I found that using no spacers, my decks would crack a bit more often.
2. I think that would be up to personal preferance 3. NFI. Hope that helps.

Experiment and come up with what is best for you...when I first started skate boarding we got some timber shaped it and put roller skate carriages under it this was back in the early sixties.

Wider wheels are better suited to riding half pipes and the such and skinnier ones for the street. I think you'll find the paint to be some sort of enamel. My boards started cracking along the grain if i dont use risers.

1. Spacers basically are just padding for when you land a trick 2. It depends what you are doing. Wide are suited to ramps and thin are suited to street riding 3. Absoloutely no idea.

Spacers also seem to give you a slightly higher ride height, to me this always seemed to increase ollie height as the board has a steeper angle when tail is pressed into the ground with back foot.
This could just be my perception of it though lol. |

Okay, Spacers are gay!!! They are only there for cheapo's that cant afford new deck's cos they reduce pop and add height/height which is negative when ollieing and grinding/sliding! Wide wheels are for ramp, as they provide more grip, I gather u street skate cos not many people skate ramp all the time these days! Thinner wheels mean more slide with tailslides/krooked grinds etc. as there is less wheel to drag on rails etc. paint who cares? if it is slowing slides just wax it and u wont even know its there!!!
