Looks like the camera person is holding something above the cats head and waving it around a bit. It is a little strange the cat is licking its lips so much though....although maybe if its a peice of raw chicken or something....
Having said that, if it WAS raw chicken and that was my cat, I would have internal bleeding on my arm thats holding the chicken...
