Sydney All Ford Day - Sun 31 July 2016

Hello All,

The Combined Ford Clubs of N.S.W. Inc. invite you to join the celebration of Fords finest to be held at the Sydney Dragway, Eastern Creek, NSW.

The All Ford Day is a family friendly event held on the last Sunday in July each year. Organised by The Combined Ford Clubs of New South Wales, the day celebrates all of Fords finest. From buses to drag cars and everything in between, come along and see over 1200 Ford vehicles on display.

The day is a "NO ALCOHOL" event and is open to the whole family. We have plenty of activities and rides for the kids to enjoy, including face painting and pony rides. See some of the best original Ford vehicles in the country alongside some amazingly restored and modified examples. Talk to members from the various car clubs that make up The Combined Ford Clubs of N.S.W. Check out all the trade stands as well, you just might find that elusive spare part for your Ford project.

Date: Sunday 31 July 2016
Time: Display vehicles gate opens - 7.00am to 9.00am. Vehicles MAY NOT EXIT before 3.30pm., General Spectator parking & viewing from 9.00am.
Location: Sydney Dragway, Eastern Creek, NSW
Cost: $20 per display vehicle, payable upon entry. Primer, damaged vehicles or rust buckets will NOT be permitted entry. Spectator Entry only $5 per adult. Free Entry for children 12 and under.
NO ALCOHOL permitted into the venue.

Hello All,

Details for next Sunday's All Ford Day.

For those traveling up on the Sunday Morning (everyone but Chris). We will be meeting at BP Watson at 4:45 am for a strict 5:00am departure.

We will be traveling up the Hume and meeting Tsar01 (Allan) at the 7-Eleven at Pheasants Nest at 7:00am (its roughly 1hr 50mins to Pheasants Nest so Allan can you make sure you are there from 6:45 ready for what ever time we get there). and traveling through to Eastern Creek.

Sydney Meeting Point.
For those traveling up on before Sunday morning we will be meeting at 8:00am at The Alpha Hotel Eastern Creek, 1 Peter Brock Dr, Eastern Creek NSW 2766 (formally the Chifley hotel).

Once we have all the cars there I will collect the $20 entry fee from everyone and issue you your window sticker for entry.

I will have with me the 2 Instant Marques as well as the clubs new Banner and tear drop flags.

It should be a great day with the BoM saying it is going to be slightly cloudy and 19 deg.

I do have 2 extra tickets so if there are 2 more club members who would like to come along we have tickets.

I look forward to seeing you all there.
