Congrats Garry, lots of fun ahead for you. You'll be tested in the first few months, not just by baby but by Mum [moreso!!] - remember these words.

If things aren't all plain sailing in the first few weeks and you start to question the things you thought you knew, keep in mind that regardless of how you perceive things, TIME FLIES!

You may find yourself wondering if the tough bits will last forever, then you wake up and wonder what the hell you were worrying about and little Braiden will be 6 months old entertaining the whole family. Any "tough bit" only lasts for a very short time then normality sets in... for a very short time

Chuck the books, do what feels right and what feels natural - goes triple for Mum. Trying to make your new family fit someone elses box is a shortcut to misery that you don't need to waste your families time on.

Congrats again, I never thought it would be as good as it is!!

Been a while since I've seen you out, maybe this explains it? Glad to hear all went well.

You both have been blessed with kids, unlike some who try and try with no luck. My wife and I have 3 kids under five, so its pretty hectic at times but I wouldn't swap it for the world. Enjoy them as they will grow so fast!!
