They've left the trap to early, You need to stage your vehicle and then leave on the last yellow but that's only if your interested in reaction time, alot will stage and then wait till the light's go green and even on green they wont leave for a sec or two as the your actual time for qrtmile won't start untill you leave the trap.

That's ok for time trials or street meets but you wont win many competition runs if you wait for the green - especially when you start getting to the pointy end of the field.

Mr Smooo. Red light means that they leave the line quicker than .400 of a second after the light turns green. In doing so, seeing as a perfect hhuman reaction is .4 of a second, they will not allow this, and you will "red light" effectively disqualifying you from the race.
To get a perfect .400 in most cars, you will leave on the last orange, as the time it takes to turn green, and the car to transfer power to motion, and your reaction, generally show up as very close to .400, a perfect reaction.
Hope this helps.

w/bank has ordered a new timing system so you shouldnt see too many red lights in that lane hopefully.
