Default Golf Day

Greetings,

Some call it a waste of a walk, some call it "whack... ", but when there's a group of you, it makes for a fun day out with a few laughs......

It's the first Golf Day for '08.

When: Sunday 22nd June
Where: Centenary Park Golf Course
McClelland Drive Frankston
Time - about 10am tee off.

RSVP to Sean or by mobile.

That means, on average, Australians get about 41 miles to the gallon.

Kind of makes you proud to be an aussie.

I was at Sandown today for a track day and man o man for a while there, you could not see Dandy rd from the pits.......... explains why a GT-R, GT40 and Triumph to name a few were not quite the same shape as when they started.... spotted Full Noise out there, and he would have cried when the first GT40 banana'ed the wall on the front straight, and then again when another one tank slapped himself half a dozen times.........and saved it !!!

I think that all that went enjoyed themselves even though a couple nearly called it quits after 9 holes but were assurred from the ProShop that there was no more rain to come!!!!!! Sure enough 1/2 way down the 10th it started again but short lived this time and then for the next 8 holes it was fine and the form on the course started to show.

As discussed at the 19th, we may look at having a short series over the summer months at 5 or 6 different courses whilst there is not a great deal things to do especially around the christmas period. And may even head down your way to have a hit.
