have a go yourself. Bush and Microsoft are upto something.
right click anywhere on your desktop, and create a new text file. do not rename it. open the text file and type Bush hid the facts close and save the changes... open the text file again, and look at what happens to your text... SCARY!!!

If you can see that, you have east-asian fonts installed. Apparently its a bug it notepad...there are several other phrases you can do that will achieve the same result. Sadly it doesn't really translate to anything.
