To be perfectly honest, i have no clue what any of that just ment. A basic summary of what they do would be the ticket haha.
All i know about the cops really is that some wear uniforms, others don't, and depending on their mood they can make your day/night alot worse, or not so bad. |

STAR force is special tactics and rescue, basically easiest way to explain would be like swat team you see in movies, also deals with rescuing people. needless to say it aint the easiest thing to get into
