Hmmm consider that the road is falling away from the front of the car after the jump, and the car still landed heavily nose first.

I think they need to potentially revisit the weight distribution of that car... or more downforce by the rear wing

Actually, it reminds me of the end of Starsky and Hutch, where they launch that car into the air and you see it bend in half when it hits the road again. Ouch!

Would of been alot of fun, pitty that jump caused front end damage and he ended up retiring because of it later on.

i think it might have more to do with the fact that he took the jump too fast more than weight distribution.

His landing looked a little off to the side of where others had landed!

Check out Ari Vartinen, he's the craziest driver ever. Theres some famous pictures of him jumping escorts higher than this!!

He was watching Dukes of Hazard before he went out.

He bent the air intake on the engine on landing.....slowed him down a little until service when they straightened the car a little.

Go Chris Go - Its so brilliant that an Aussie is out there in Group A in the top ten. He's often ahead of Solberg, his boss and Subaru Team Owner....he he he. He is making mistakes but is learning a lot. He has won stages this year against the like of Loeb and Gronholm....fair effort that.

I got these pix of an ff.com member ages ago... Sorry mate I don't remember your member name or your full name, so I'll merely credit these as pix courtesy of "Ian".

My favourite is "Flight Centre" lol

Some may notice the EL XR front in one of the images, but I think this was the result of an accident where the EF XR front got smashed.

Fantastic pictures of an EF XR8!

And also, some d0rifto!
