Whats going on, i parked the car in there in 25-35 secs each time but it keeps going saying i have run out of time.?

Did you read the instructions at the start? I know the first run, you are meant to go in forwards, but the first time I reversed in and was wondering why the clock wouldn't stop. Then I noticed I had to go in forwards. Maybe the same situation?
