Default Blasphemy, maybe but.....

Is there a Holden equivalent to Australian Ford Forums?
It's like this. There's an old guy I know who's got a 1960 (I think) Holden sedan which he stopped driving in the 1980s but was in first class condition. If he'd left it his garage it would have been worth big money now, but he parked it in his driveway, and resisted all efforts to get him to sell it. It's complete but rusty underneath. Now he's got to go into a nursing home and the house has to be sold and the car disposed of within 14 days.
Well you'd think that would be pretty easy for the right price, but so far mostly all I've received are a lot of smartarse comments and people who say they'll come out but never show up. I can call any number of companies who will give us at least a couple of hundred bucks for it, but we're hoping to sell it to somebody who'll "give it a good home."
Any sensible ideas?
This Facebook page shows you some details.

Ls1.com.au was the Holden forum. It may still be there.

OldHoldens.com was where my 1963 EH Panel Van and I used have a membership but it suddenly closed down several years ago (well in 2013 it seems) and nothing replaced it and the replacement facebook page https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100082285238848 was never really active

Why not say where (postcode) the car is, and maybe share a couple of discreetly composed pictures here? I’m on a Ford forum here but I have French and Italian cars as well - many here are not wholly one-eyed.

From the aged care POV, normally there’s six months’ grace to fund a transition to residential care - are you sure it’s not being rushed to benefit others?

Yes; I was a Valiant enthusiast until they stopped making them in Australia and many replacement parts became unobtainable. I had a 1980 CM Valiant before buying my first Fairlane.

I am surprised there hasn’t been more interest.

Postcode and or which part of Australia and updated images, as suggested by CB, might also help.
