Transmission line fittings and brackets for ba auto

Hi

Just after some fittings that screw onto the ba transmission cooler lines at front that has a 3/8 barb fitting on other end and some brackets to mount cooler.

Need 2 of the fittings

If anyone’s got some couple they pm price and what they got

Threads on barbed fittings need to be M16 x 1.5mm pitch thread, to screw on to the line fittings. Which is a 16mm diameter thread with a 1.5mm thread pitch.

You can make up brackets from metal strips purchased from Bunnings etc. See this article from the Tech resources section.

Ok no worries so is pitch the type of thread

You could probably get them at Repco or Bursons etc.

M16 means it's a metric thread with a nominal outside diameter of 16mm.
1.5 pitch, is a measurement from the top of a thread to the next thread.
In this case it would be 1.5mm.
