Couldn't see any reference to Hoon Driving just [idiots] that drink drive and that very casual inattentive crowd.

Non the less a very good advertisement..........Oh yer like above has done the rounds that's for sure.

I would call it a timely repost; don't drive under the influence and pay attention when behind the wheel - you are piloting a 2 tonne piece of machinery, dont make it a murder weapon.
