Default 2 days of rain

well we have had a solid 2 days of rain, already the dust bowl outside has got some green stuff growing out of it again, the plants have proped up and the birds are singing, no doubt the pannel shops will be full on monday morning.

Its been raining here all night too Dodge ...... This would have to be the best spring we've had up here in about 10 yrs I recon ;)

I'm hopeful to avoid the bushfires this year... who am I kidding, we'd need two years' worth of rain to avoid that.

nothing like rain tapping on the metal roof, its so peaceful
but other than that i hate it acuse i have a hole in my right shoe!

yes some will say . riandrops on the metal roof is comforting . but the sound of crunching metal as your boot or bonnet folds up i'm not so sure . perhaps that is music to a panel beaters ears though . HAHAHAHAHA.

We got about 100ml over the last few days...needed it but now the dreaded cane toad is out...got nine of them the night before last.

Horrible,ugly vermin....die toad die.

only thing i 2 washed and polished my car
next day i come out to see my hood roof n bonnet with little yellow berries that leaf this sticky yellow sap behind
i nearly cried

Rain is very much needed in SE QLD these days. The rain over the weekend helped the dams around fill up .5 of a percent.

I believe the north pine dam around here is down to 30% full...

i was so happy to see rain i put out all of the buckets to catch more to feed my plants, the way its been here on water restrictions, i feel guilty flushing after 1 wee.

only just hitting %30 in perth we used ot be down to like %23 percent at some point

Damn send some rain over to us (although it would defy time space criterium)
