No, when other countries will undercut the price and the government will screw the local farmer and de-regulate the industry.

I'm already paying $1.41 for ULP. Petrol jumped 11 cents in 7 days. It is now dearer than diesel again.

They keep telling us $1 a barrell is 1c at the pump but a barrel didn't jump $11 in a week.

I put $60 in on Tuesday morning at $1.26.9 and yesterday (Wednesday) it was $1.39.9 at the same place.

I have not run Vortex, or Optimax, for weeks. All I can afford is the standard stuff my wife runs in her EA S Pack (and can barely afford that). This is getting bloody rediculous. I've been thinking about some 'cheap as' daily driver for some time (maybe a motor bike).

Well, I was looking at the gas price between last night and this morning.

Last night - 41.9 c/lt
This morning - 49.9 c/lt

It went up 8 c/lt in 15 hours.

Theres an important reason for that. The Gas deposits they discovered in Laury Oaks *** had to be abandoned when they drilled to far and hit Colon. This has lowered supply and driven up the price.

On the bright side Laury has lost 50kg.

Think back to the start of Mad Max 1 when they would do anything for a tank of juice. I wonder how long it will be until we start seeing scenes like this?

Cheers, Danny
