Not really no lol.
Mechanical Engineers that provide certificates for modifications have to be certified themselves to do it. Plus I have no automotive engineering knowledge. I can design you a quick hitch for an excavator if you like though ![]()

the bloke in brayside is really good, a mate went through him for his ca18 gazell and he was reallly helpfull.

Vic roads VASS engineers list :tells you if they do cars(LV) , trucks (HV) or motorcycles(MC)
