Default Searching by state in For Sale titles?

How does one do this effectively?

I've tried (SA) and no results, (SA)* and it brings up everything inc anything that says For Sale

Copy that into your browser

Descending order

Ascending order

Best I could as when you do a search the query string is a search ID so I can't see what parameters you could build it with.

It still mixes the alphabetical order up at some points though
