Default STUPID ipod question

Hey FADI

whats the best way to hook up an IPOD through an orig AUIII prem sound system

wanting to keep the factory look!

1. is there a way through an amp (if i buy a new one to replace the old) also do wires need to be changed.
2. cassette adapator? whats the sound like?
3. i want a direct line (3.5 to 2X RCA) HOW CAN I DO IT

please help

The best way to hook up an ipod on AU3 premium sound is to use an fm modulator – these have rca inputs, other than that there is the cassette adaptor you mentioned. The only speaker running off the original amp is the subwoofer located behind the carpet on the right hand side of the boot. This can be upgraded with an aftermarket amplifier and sub to enhance the bass. If you want to amplify the front and rear channels you will require high to low level converters.

fadi,

if i buy an aftermarket amp, can i plug my ipod straight into it, using RCA - 3.5mm jack type of thing? and recieve top quality?

can i put an av switchbox in the car, having the input teh ipod and the output the speakers and amp. using an aftermarket amp?

what wires do i need to keep?
