Default NC Fairlane 5 litre V8

Hi All
Having troublesome problems with overheating with my 1991 Fairlane, replaced radiator, water pump, thermostat and installed double thermo fans but car still doesn't like the highway running on a hot day. Any suggestions there?
thanks
Shane
