V8Owners winter Drags & Speedway invitation.

V8owners.com would like to invite the members and guests of Fordforums.com.au to a day of fun motorsports.

I would really love to see some of those good looking Fords go down the track.

It will be a meeting with a difference.

We will have a full day of car activities & should be fun for all.

It will be held on 27, August 2005

Drag racing & Fender benders will be the activities of the day.

The format will be as follows.

Morning - Test & tune
Afternoon - Fender bender racing
Evening - DYO drag racing.

V8Owners & Heathcote will supply the fender bender cars. These will be raced on the speedway.

Costs will be.

Drags - $75.00 PER CAR
Fender benders - $150.00 per car

For a day pass drags & Fender benders - $200.00

For those of you that attended the LS1 nationals you have seen a sneak preview of the fender benders already.
We had a great time destroying 4 Cars all driven by V8owners members.
Red Commodore - Ride 42
Beige Commodore - Cat12Z
Blue Fairlane - Justice
Blue Toyota - V8owner


We will have 15 - 20 cars available and we will race them until they stop.
The cars will be specially prepared for the day with increased safety.
