Default computer nuts

Hi guy's , can someone tell me why when i click on a section (such as project cars) it comes up but it's not refreshed. i have to then hit refresh to get the latest.
it never used to be like this, and any help to get it working properly again would be much appreciated.

In Internet Explorer, click "Tools/Internet Options" in the menu bar
In the General Tab click "Settings" in the Browsing History section

You will now have the Window in the right of the above pic displayed

Just set your settings to the same as mine in that pic and you should be right, bear in mind that I am using Internet Explorer 7 so the windows you get could look a little different but the options and settings will be the same.

Although some web sites don't support Firefox compatibility.

As for the original post, it could also be a slight corruption in your system. I had something similar where in MSN groups the pages didn't load completely and I wasn't able to post pics or and graphics. In the end I had to format my comp.

Before you do that, though, I would suggest you talk a look through your registry and see scan them (if you have a program that does so) for any errors before formatting. It might just be an easy fix. If your running XP, then you can roll back your comp to a previous date where you didn't have the problem occuring. That should fix your problem.
