Default Best movie endings

After just watching the departed, and enjoying the great ending, it got me thinking about a couple of my all-time favourite twists. ***Oh, btw this may contain spoilers!***

- The departed. So very not-hollywood, it was great
- Saw 1. Who would have thought it was the dead guy on the floor!
- The usual suspects. Another classic twist

Thats really all that I thought of. Whats some of your favourites?

Alternate ending on Dodgeball was pretty good.

I agree, Saw had a great ending...Saw II ending was also very good...never guessed the son was in that rooom! In fact Saw III ending was also just as good!

I wasn't too keen on The Departed.

Another vote for SHawshank.

Saw wasn't too bad.

It's funny that you mention the end of The Departed - it's what let me down about that film, I still enjoyed it until the very end.

Other good endings that I can currently think of; Crash, American Beauty, American History X, 25th Hour, Requiem for a Dream, Se7en, The Wrong Man [Lucky Number Slevin] and To Kill a Mockingbird.

The Departed was a mad movie!! But the ending man.. that was shocking, I mean what the hell, they all died!?

The Usual Suspects has a mad ending, I liked that.

yeah i noticed that in all the making of stuff on the dvd, personally I think "the wrong man" is a better title for the movie as it gives less away but either way its awesome
