EELS!!!

but i think were going to find it tuff with the amount of troops out of action.

i think the grand final will be Broncos V Bulldogs
hard to pick a winner.

on a side note, who do you think will win the Dally M award?

id love to see willie mason or clinton schikofske (sp?) get it. but i think it will be the melbourne hooker

Being a Melburnian who knows little about Rugby, I hope the Storm win the premiership, being along with Brisbane the only teams to have won two premierships in the NRL's relatively short history.

Melbourne Storm will win it, with Matty King, Greg Inglis and Bad Boy Billy up and firing I can't see anyone stopping us. This weekends game against Manly will be interesting however

Go the Storm!!! Provided they lift as other teams have started to, they can go all the way. As mentioned earlier, they're a team with multiple game breakers who can just weave a try out of nothing at all. And defensively they're about as solid as it gets (usually). Should be a good game on Saturday night too, Manly will no doubt be pumped, and Bell and Orford will be out for a big one.

I think you guys that can be smelt down wind should remember that not all of us south are as lost to another code as you up above us.

Now Melbourne will win. We might be taking it easy right now but the foot will go back down in the finals. If the kid can stay on the field and the judiciary can **** off and leave Mick Barry crocker alone then we will be sweet.

Bulldogs or the Broncos

Betting on the fact that their larger foward packs will be too hard to handle for melbourne and the rest when everyone lifts the intensity in the finals

It would be better if this thread had a poll.

Now that the Cowboys are out, I am hoping/believe that Manly will get up to win it. I suppose I'm one of the people who, despite the Storm's great form, can't see them as a Premiership team. And also the fact that if your born down south your generally considered too soft to play League, so I don't think its fair their team win the comp (Ungrateful, uneducated barbarians).
Otherwise, anyone apart from the Broncos (Now don't get me started on them.)

(and to my fellow Saints supporters - got any good comebacks I can use when faced (constantly) with the chokers tag? Its infuriating!)

I want the Knights to win and think they have a good chance (ill be there to support them up at Energy Australia)- but more likely than not the Broncos will take it this year.

Must be a lot of mexicans here, sorry the broncos to do the job.And there is no chance of willy mason winning anything, except the award for head high tackles.
