Default Squeaking Noise??

When i started the car this morning i noticed a fairly loud Squeaking noise coming from the engine bay. It seemed to be coming from the injector on cylinder 1. Once the car was warmed up it went away. Yet tonight when i was driving it after one hour when it was at running temperature, i noticed it was actually doing it at running temp now. My thought was a sticking injector(if that is possible?) but i really have no idea? I'm starting to get abit paranoid about every little unusual noise as i fear i have probably been driving it abit too hard, as i bought the car about 6 weeks ago off an old bloke who maintained it very well and did oil changes every 2500km and made sure everything was 100% e.t.c. (10/92 EB2 Fairmont 6cyl), and now i fear im reaping the consequences.

Don't get me wrong, 95% of the time i drive the car like a old man, but if i do decide to give it some juice i don't really hold back unfortunetely. Anyway your help would be appreciated :

I'll post pics up of my new beast shortly :sm_headba
