Post Cruise Night...

I missed out on the E-Series cruise last night, i'm dissapointed! I really want to go on a cruise soon! When can we make another one? We should even consider bring the E-Series and the AU's together and go for a cruise! What do people think? Doesn't have to be that big, but the more the better!

Cheers

Im always up for a cruise. I used to have an ED XR6 too, so im more than happy to combine the cruise with the e series cars.

I do believe however that there is already a cruise night in the planning for the AU's. Either way, im in!

I reckon thats a top idea, Combined E-Series and AU cruise would be great fun, and judging by saturday would get quite a big turnout.
We had nearly 50 E-series on saturday night, not including the 5 or 6 random Commodores that tagged along aswell.

Definatly would be something to work towards.

I'm up for that too, it'd be a pretty big cruise! For a Ford cruise anyway lol.

I'd be more than happy to help out with it Simon.

Just need to gauge an interest on how many people would be expected to attend, the more people the more planning it would require. There's quite a few different cruises and drag days coming up in the next month and a bit, so would definatly need an exact date in mind, that also doesn't clash with other events that other clubs and forums hold, that some members of AFF attend.

Realistically i think we should look toward May, or the END of April at the earliest. With the AU BBQ on and an e-series cruise that has just happened, we need to cater to as many people as possible on the date so we get a good turn out. Although even if there 10 or 20 its always great.

So what do you guys think date/time/night wise?

I reckon you're on the money with May sometime.

You know it'd be good to be able to cruise somewhere together, then find a place big enough with a carpark to check out each other's cars, park them in safety and then go inside for a chat and bite to eat. A large Macca's would fit the bill I reckon. There's one on Keilor Road oppostite Duhig Ford in Essendon with a good sized car park. An idea!

What do others think?

E series and AU is an awesome idea. The E-series cruise the other night was awesome, felt abit out of placing being the only AU that stuck out the whole cruise.
