Hey just wondering if anyone had any really interesting road rage stories. some of them can be really funny.

I had a 60something lady get outta her car and started slapping my arm because my car was too loud and hurting her ears!!! HAHA!!!

A mate of mine was next to a car load of twenty year olds and reved his car (VQ V8). one of them asked if he needed to rev his car and he said yes because it was idleling rough. the guy punched him through the window and asked the question again. he said the same and got punched again. he didn't wait around, smoked the tires and got the hell outta there.

So there you go... one funny story and one crazy one. how nuts are some people!

Anyway if you have any funny or crazy stories just add em here.

I've seen a woman leaning out of the passenger side of a Ford Transit going 100km/hr waving her fist at a car that had held them up briefly. Considering, the entire top half of her body was hanging out the window, it certainly wasn't very safe.

This was in another thread, but here goes,years ago a mate and i were giong along parramatta rd and changed lanes to make a right hand turn in front of a car with 4 (dare i say it, middle eastern appearing youths) in it, anyway even though there was heaps of room for us to change lanes these blokes started to carry on, abusing us and threatening to cut us to pieces etc etc,they piled out of their car (all 4 of them) with the intent of what im not sure,anyway my mate and i got out of my car and all of a sudden they all rocked back into their car and sat very quitetly until the lights changed and we all took off as normal... i suspect their change of heart was something to do with the fact my mate is about 6'6" and im 6'1" and we were on our way back from our martial arts class still dressed in our gi's.the laughter from the people around us just broke us up....

I was RR this morning.

Looser in VN felt I should break the law in order to let him pass. I ended up moving enough and copper the abuse. He had 3 dogs in his car and I wasn't going to have a go.

How do they keep their licence? (oh that's right, they're not speeding!)

A mate of mine who's a mechanic was on his way home in the work ute when he apparently upset a group of young blokes in a modified Torana. They pulled up along side at the lights and started abusing the crap out of him. He told them where to go. The doors opened and they all started to pile out when the lights changed. He took off and they chased him. Even though he's 6'3'' and pretty fit he didn't like the odds.

When he was stopped at the next lights they stopped behind him and started to pile out, so he took the initiative, grabbed a torque wrench that was on the seat, jumped out and with a banshee cry buried it in the bonnet of the Torana. They all jumped back in and took off.

hahah at the torana, i was following som guy doin 100 thru the traffic thats doing 90, then al of a sudden he slams on his brakes and starts wavin his hands around, so im like wtf, overtake him then he starts following me, i went thru a gap he wasnt game on going thru so he went around and was still waving his arms and yellin, i turned off but he couldnt see me from the other side of a truck, he was in a stupid little holden too

my uncle got cut off by this 1 guy, got stopped at a round about and my uncle got out with a tyre leaver, started walkin up and the guy goes up on the grass and just speeds off across the grass lol

Its only been twice for me.....
I was driving with Dad and afew dead$hits were speeding up and slowing down in front of us, this was goin on for a good 15 mins before we came to a set of lights. the idiots just sat there not moving til it turned orange and then took off. OK dad took it in his stride until 2 sets later there they were.
The Lights were Red, dad got out of the car, knocked on the guys window and kinghit him in the face, jumped back into the car and drove off.
The second time Im on alexander drive, and these chicks are parked next to me turning right, giggling like school girls telling me that my cars hot etc, when one of em sticks her head out of the window and flashes what i could describe a beautiful set of 12C's at me ... man i felt violated and pi$$ed they were turning off..!!!

I had a an old Peugeot at 100 km/h an hour slam on her brakes on the M2 than stop across both lanes for about a minute and a half while she checks the road map. I didn't hit her car. I had the road rage that day.

Had a VN driver come up to me and told me that I stole his parking space. He said "I saw it first and was coming around for it). I told him where to go because he was on the other side of the carpark when I parked.(Star City on a Saturday Night has no paking spaces left). He went back to his car and got those locks you put over your steering wheels. Had an argument after I offered to move. "Its the principal that I took his sapce" Yeah right. By this time security saw this on the cameras and shadowed him to his car and asked him to leave.

We had that happened to us at a mates 18th on Grand Final day when north Melbourne won the flag, we were all in a minibus and a lovely lass decided to show us what she wasnt wearing under a shirt (maybe we didnt believe her)

Maybe "road joy"? Because we certainly felt joyous after that...

Had bad case of pedestrian rage a few years ago.. little ole lady does right hand turn at a no right turn intersection leaving me stuck across the walkway when the lights changed so sitting there with people given me a ear full this blind dude starts beating the cr#p outta me bonett with his white cane while abusing me +my passenger for blocking the walkway . Figured he couldn"t have seen what happen +thought better of shoven his cane ware the sun dont shine or giving him a smack in the ear so just cop it sweet ,but gee those canes leave some nasty scratches...........

this incident didnt really happen on the road but involved a car and some crazy people.

A dude i knew thru my family was pulling into a servo late at night,

He was sitting in the car when a dodgy looking lady aproached him and asked for one of his smokes, he told her to %$@& OFF. She swore at hime and returned to her car, next thing he knows her druggo boyfriend comes over with a shotgun and unloads a few shots into his windo and door. They jumped back in their old crap heap and sped off.

meanwhile the dude had a heap of pellets in his face had to stagger into the servo and call for his own ambulance cos the attndent there was freaking out too much.

its crazy to think that there are people like that driving round the roads.

Set the scene: A young p plater weaves rediculously through heavy traffic only to gain a car length by the time the next red light stops him.

A bloke approaches the p platers car. He reaches in, and tears off the indicator stalk whilst telling the young driver "you obviously don't need this then".

True story.

I was going along Cumberland Highway heading towards liverpool and we had the same thing, except we had 4 cars stop full of these people. They got out and started pulling the windows down etc, we turned right into Smithfield/Greystanes industrial and lost them in there.

A mate my brother and I were goin to work one day in his s&%t box corona allong south road. (one of the busiest roads in adelaide) Because the traffic is at a crawl we used to drop my bro off on the side of the road to go to his work, well this day a guy in an BRONCO didnt like it, so we got the ol beeeeep as he went past and being 6.30 in the morning and all tired and grumpy there was a couple of fingers out of our car when we over took him down the road. We thought that was the end of it untill we get a nudge from behind and look back to see a whole lot of BRONCO behind us. Well we were straight out the car full of obsenity, the driver pretty much starts crying like a school girl and apoligising franticly and the passenger well he was prettymuch hiding in the back. Obviously he was thinking im in a big tough car they will be all intimidated but it just gies to show dont f*&k with a man and his mustard yellow corona!!!

P.S. if anything the nudge made the bumper straighter haha jokes on him!!!

Well he didn't get out cause my mates only bout 5'9" and weighs bout 50kg (scrawny bugger) and the guy hitting him was with a group of his mates. He didn't fancy his chances. some people are just nutters!!

my Ea was written off in a road rage inciedent,

got chased by angry 4wd man for braking infront of a speed camrea while he was riding my ***.
he got real close to the *** end of my car so when we got to a busy roundabout i waited till a huge gap where we could both go thru and left at the last minute, he chased my car on foot a few steps then got in his 4wd drove thruogh the traffic and over this huge roundabout, i was speeding away so he drove on the wrong side of the road till he got onfront by cutting accross a spare lot and slammed on his brakes blocking both lanes, my car almost hit his as i turned that corner,
he jumped out so i floored it in reverse and straight into a truck,
i landed in the backseat and my rear vision mirror landed on the parcel shelf, i locked the doors and was seeing stars while reachin for my bone chopper under the seat, he tryed to get in and then drove off,
i have to pay for the truck and lost my car,
i asked a friend of mine (ex-con, in with jako jackson) who knows how to deal with/find thease sorts of person, he said 'dont even look for him, if its meant to be you will run into him when you have the upper hand'
7 months later i spotted him coming home, found his house, now i know all about him,
i havnt got him back yet.. at the same time (not to my knowledge) my father who knows some 'steetwise' people found out his adress and has been to 'see him', its my turn now,

im not crazy, when thease things happen you feel so out of conrtol of your life that you wont rest untill you know your even. it was july 15th 2005 and i think about him everyday until i have personally fixed my problem

LOL, this one wasnt road rage, but it came very close to me being very scared LOL.

I was once on the ring road (melbourne) driving sedately at 1 or 2am with no-one else around, when i saw a completely stuffed VS commodore tailgating a small two door thing at around 90km/h in the right most lane, a hyundai excel or something (I was doing 100). I moved left from the middle lane before i passed them so as to let the commodore get around the excel. He just stayed there, and started flashing his lights at this excel, the whole time sitting less than 2 feet from this cars bumper. I noticed the excel driver was only young, and on her P's, and looked absolutely scared out of her wits. I slowed down, and looked accross at the guy driving the commodore who looked to be mid 40's, to see what the heck he was doing (he looked druggie and feral as). I looked straight across at me and i gestured a "WTF are you doing?" look at him. His returned gesture was a neck slicing one.

I thought, ok, he's on drugs, i'll go back up to a hundred and leave them be, it's not my problem (very cowardly in reflection). I go to speed up, and he swerves violently out accross the middle into my lane and boots it. I am slightly ahead, so I hit the accelerator pedal as well... This guy tails me (from a slight distance) and flashes his lights all the way to 70km/h in excess of the ring-road speed limit, with his every intention seeming to be running me off the road. He chased me for around 3 minutes at this speed (he kept catching me at the camera's; I need my licence) until I sped up another 40 or so km/h and started to pull away. Then he slowed for a sharper corner that I didnt, and I managed to get off at the next offramp without him seeing me, which was lucky as there were a few cars ahead of us by now on the ringroad.

*I know this contains references to public road speeding, but I felt safer getting away from him than slowing down. I am not a large kid, and this guy was starting to scare me after a while.

to sum up then ИИИИ theres sum nutters out there hey ive road rage as well but wont bore people with it.... il just leave my 2 cents worth..... be careful of what u do on the road coz chances are the person u annoy will be a complete mental case

I'm pretty bad for road rage. If someone is being a tool I'll let them know about it. Had a Landcruiser pull out in front of me a few weeks ago, fair enough. It was a 60 zone, this guy was sitting on 30-40 and was all over the road. What the hell? Anyway, I pull up next to him at the lights, only to see the mobile phone infront of his face. Gave him more than an ear full. Mr big bad man in the Landcruiser just looked at me before we drove off.

I'm the worst brake tester in the world. I'll slam the brakes on and bring it to a stop if I have to. Most of them back off after the first time, but there's a few who missed out on the brain cell option.

Haven't hit anyone or even got out of my car, but the way they are handing out licences at the moment it can't be too far away.

Actually, my dad had the best one, though it was more druggie rage. Pulled up at the lights, junkie comes up to wash the windscreen.

"Don't worry about it mate"
"Come on it's paying for my dinner"
"Mate you'd get no money anyway, forget it"
"oh you're a c**t"
"Excuse me?"
"I said you're a c**t"
*dad gets out of car*
"Let's just make sure I'm hearing you right. What'd ya say?"

*BANG*

King hit the guy, straight to the ground, got back in the car and drove off when the lights went green.

I was at the servo filling up for a big trip, this guy (passenger) starts having a go at me saying I was driving too slow or something, mind you this was a minute or 2 after I starting pumping and his was facing the other direction. I figured this guy was ИИИИed or something. Meanwhile, he was pumping diesel into his Corolla. I didnt retaliate, I just didnt tell him that he was pumping diesel.

Had 2 guys in a corolla pull up behind me at a set of lights in Melbourne CBD, allof a sudden they get out- start screaming that my 50km/h in peak hour was to slow for them, so out i jump and say come on lets have it!! Little did they know my mate (FPVWEPN) was following me, so out he jumps as well... now the tables have turned, its 2 on 2 and what do they do?? "Sorry man didnt mean to start trouble!!" what is it with these people, they see p-platers in fast cars speeding, the sook and complain, then they see them obiding the rules, they get out to pick a fight! cant win!!

Another incident, my girlfriends old man was driving to work one morning, when at a round a bout in Melbournes Northern subs, some drongo tries to car jack him! opens his door, waving a knife tells him to get the F@#K OUT!, now imagine saying that to an old school wog in his pride n joy clk.. gets out, bashes the living F^%K outta him, jumps in his car n drives off!!

I was driving back home from my holiday yesterday along the princes highway. I was trying to overtake some dude in a 4-wheel-drive. When I was halfway through he decided to speed up. Before I knew it a car was coming towards me. This retard kept trying to push me and was beeping and screaming. It is the hardest I have ever pushed the eb, and it's quicker than what I thought it was.
