might change the diff after some people have recommeded it and i've noticed in some threads that people have done it. what size should i change to, and still keep good top end. i have an AUII Wagon.

what mods have you done to the engine?
Do you know at what speed it produces peak power in third on a dyno? What do you want to do with the wagon? Race cruise drag etc? All wagons have 3.23 diff ratios so they are not all that bad. It's the sedans with the 3.08 diffs that are crying out for a better ratio. What do you mean by keep a good top end? 180kmh is the speed limiter but if you correct the speedo to suit the diff which makes sense for a road car then the speed limiter stays at 180kmh. Top end speed won't change. |

nothing yet, put better plugs and new leads in today, all i've done so far is SS induction, K&N filter, 2 1/2 exhaust from cat back,(new headers this week)

then your diffs not a priority yet I would say leave it for the moment
