I need something similar to a caravan male power connector but only 10 amps, needs to be waterproof.
Ive seen these but wary as the flap opens and appears to still let possible rain/moisture to penetrate.

Hi. You should be able to use it with an IP66 rated plug like this https://www.clipsal.com/products/ind...no=56CSC310-EO . Cheers MD
