Default best straight line traction
hey all

I have an xr6t and I am looking for some new wheels. I like the look of 20's but recently learned a lower profile wheel will not hold grip during a launch due to the lack of side wall flex. Is there a happy median when I can get a larger rim but gain more grip then the stock 17's? someone suggested running 16x8 on the back and a low profile on the front. However not sure two different rims would look good.

what do you guys recommend for looks whilst keeping grip?

choice of rubber type can have more of an effect on traction compared to rim size

In my experience the 17s out-perform even 18's in every respect, so I expect that
considering 20s for chasing traction would be a waste of time.
