Default Brake Upgrade for a Ford Focus LR 2003.

Hi,

Im looking at upgrading my brakes on my focus.

Looking at upgrading the calipers and discs as well.
Thinking 13" package...just the fronts.

Was wondering if you have any kits available?

if was to procure a kit designed for my car, how much roughly would i be looking at to get it installed. Im talking, full calipers, knuckles, pads, discs, braided hose line.

Cheers,
Sean.

Sean we could custom make a 330mm multi piston kit or you but expect close to $4000 for this thanks mate. One of our customers purchased one of these direct from the UK some time ago and may be worth looking into.

It seems fine but they do list a few variations of the kit so be careful what you are getting. They are using twin piston PBR calipers and one piece discs unless you upgrade to two piece and replacement rotors may only be sourced from overseas which may be a problem down the track. Not knowing much about these cars it also looks like you need a certain spindal as well.

I reckon we could make the kit with PBR twin piston calipers and a similar size rotor but would need the car to do it.My guess is allow about $2000.

Thanks for the reply FLoored.

The spindle i can get for 498 and as the AUS dollar is currently 99c ive asked for a quote from them.

All up it will cost me about %1500 Aus for the kit + shipping. Depending on what they come back and say about the shipping will definately make up my mind.

The Car is currently at weatherill park getting worked on. when i pick her up i might duck in and see you. Already bought my current rotors and pads through you which was a great price.

Was really hoping for a 4piston kit 13" just for the front. will be in touch.

Thanks for your time today matt.

Much appreciated for the info and food for thought.

Just a curious thought though, if did have a kit ready to go on - how long would it take for you guys to install?
