Replaced my radiator today. Had the battery out so did the reset thing, but the AC was blowing warm air. I'm wondering if I broke something when unbolting the condenser from the rad, and let the gas out. It did waggle about a little. Are they really that fragile? Any other ideas?

They put in a green dye with A/C gas, amongst other things, for that reason. Have a look to see if you can see evidence of it. You may have fractured a pipeline while removing the radiator.
Does the little orange light on the A/C switch still illuminate when you turn it on?

Yes, the light comes on. I had a pretty good look around the pipes near the radiator with a torch. Didn't notice any green stuff.

a couple of things to check, thermo fans reconected after radiator install? is the ac pump cutting in when you hit the button? is the heater tap operating correctly? i found a vacumm line had come off on my heater tap some how, this leaves the heater in the on position from memory, if the ac is working you should notice the metal ac pipe near the gaurd getting cold.

Well... if you let the gas out there will be nothing there for the system to condense so you will have no aircond. Trip to the air cond guys to get you system regassed I think.
