Default Latest addition to family

Here is the latest edition to our family.

She is called Buffy (named by my 14 year old daughter, say no more...) and is 8 weeks old. Tonight is her first night in our house, we picked her up today. She eats solid food really well, uses the sandtray and is not really fussed about our other cat, Evan. Evan is also not fussed about her.

Here are some pics:

Congrats. For a moment I thought you had another baby.... but then again pets are family. Good to see her getting up to speed with your family's main interest... fast cars.

Have you made arrangements in case it scratches the car?
Our kitten and our older cat fight now, good to see yours get along.

That is an awesome cat.

Cats are great pets. I have one myself and I consider her mainly mine since I spend the most time with her and feed her.

I bought her 6 tins of Fancy Feast for Christmas; she normally gets Whiskas.

The problem is that once all the Fancy Feast is gone, when I give her Whiskas, she looks up as if to say, "What's this crap?"

Love it!

Cats are such good pets, got two of them myself. Love dogs to, but they stink like an old steamy ***

Cute puss Jac.

We tried guinea pigs as pets for our kids when they were younger... no noise, easy to look after, cute...

... they are, however, at the bottom of the food chain and targeted by everything bigger than a mouse and their only defense mechanism is to stand still and quiver... not very effective against greyhounds as we found out one morning, to our kids horror.

It's got VERY blue eyes, is that common? (I'm not a cat kind of guy)

Nice cat... very cute!

Coincidentally, your "big" cat looks like our cat... same pattern and all... my wife actually asked when I showed her the photo where you lived, thinking perhaps our cat had two lives!
