The rear boot garnish wa painted white to make it a bit more unique as you never see them painted and also i converted the rear to an EB rear end. I got the garnish for free and it was damaged so we cleaned it up and painted it. In all i love the look and would do nothing different if i did it again.

How does the boost cut work? Is it a function of the microfueler?

My car made less power on 13psi than it did on 12. We figured there was a restriction somewhere, could it be the boost cut feature, I have an aftermarket microfueller?

Are you using a stock manifold that is modified for the T04Z?

The boost cut is not part of the microfueler, it is a little black box that is wired into the map sensor wires down near the computer. Yours would have one being stage 2 unless some idiot has removed it. If you dont have one, at around 12psi it will shut down like someone has switched the key off. The boost cut box intercepts the signal from the map sensor and lets the signal reach 11psi and then clamps the signal at this point and wont let it go any higher, the computer only sees 11psi even at 20psi and so all is good no engine cutting out. All it does is trick the computer which is what all these little boxes do on all japanese cars. Check to see if you can see a steel plate between the block and head with head gasket either side, it should have one or someone has removed it when doing a head gasket

Yeah rear bar is a golden oldie from the 80's when EA first come out and the front one is a SSV VN Group A style one which was bigger to allow more air in. Now just need to stroke the GT to get some more grunt

The headlight are twin lights and are only there because we made the intercooler to big and then couldn't fit the headlights back in so had to trim some of the fibreglass away to fit these ones, have a look at the second lot of photos with the bonnet open and you can see the left headlight has been trimed near the intercooler, the cosworth vents are genuine ones and are made of cast aluminium and i have never seen another pair the same as they are usally fibreglass
