G'day all, I have 2015 ford focus titanium that is making clunking/banging noises. It seems to be worse over short sharp bumps,I have had the struts-shockers and strut tops plates replaced and it is still the same. Any clues please. Thanks,Ray.

When replacing the shocks, why didn't they investigate the clunking noise?
