Hi All

Looks like I never posted here, just seen it pop up on 'new posts', I hope it is not too late LOL

Currently running a BAII Barra wagon, replaced a heavily used (by POs) similar but earlier BA wagon, which was polished off by a big buck roo coming back from Melbourne after putting a deposit on the white one.

Prior were three Falcon utes, used for farm/building purposes, but really bought to tow the racecar - that tub with canopy was mighty useful for all the paraphernalia that a racecar comes with.

Aiming to keep it stock, except for replacement aftermarket ICC, this is Boring, aka the Barge.

Fun is my dual duty 2004 MX5SE turbo, 200rwkw and the suspension from the racecar. Currently finalising the aero package before hitting track next year.

This car is not the reliable transport I was expecting. Latest is a plug/COP change following a developing miss, which seems to be related to an oily plug, even though no sign of oil getting down the tunnel. The ICC in this car is hopeless, yet the older/higher Kms predecessor was fine.

Cool Re: Welcome to New Members - Post here to say gday!

Hi All
Had Multiple XR6 Turbos and now a have a new Next gen Everest Sport for pulling the boat
Sadly I fitted the factory Tow Pack with Integrated Brake Controller which DOES NOT work with Dunbier Hydrastar brakes, sigh
Its sad as sales guy said it would and brochures said it would, I know there is a RedArc Everest/Ranger kit to fix it, but Ford gave wrong info.
As a retiree I am in a 'fight' with ford about misleading/deceitful marketing

I used AI to search Ford Web sites and brochures for a list of trailers the EOH mode is compatible with, guess what it found 0
Asked AI if Ford know of the issue, answer YES
What is Fords solution, 2 dealers told me to go to an auto electrician
HMM

wrong answer
1) Product not fit for purpose
2) Deceitful/Wrong info in brochures, web and sales is frowned on by ACCC
3) There is no light to show its on or off, RedArc told me the controller often disengages
4) Redarc sell lots of the next gen kits and Ford refuse to address

I think its time Ford were encouraged to address, its not just australia but USA as well

Hi All. Thanks for the add. Been around a few years. My past rides have all been Fords bar 1. Escort P/Van, TE Cortina Ghia, XE Ute, XF Ute, VS Commodore Ute, AU S1XLS Ute and current AU S3 XR8 Ute had since new and now with 293k on it. Loved all my Fords. Looking forward to some great reading on this site.

Thank you for accepting me. Majority of my vehicles have been Ford Starting with
XT sedan and currently have 2014 X-RAY 6 Turbo Ute. Recently, the ICC failed. Now considering how best to have it rectified. Any advice appreciated.

Hi All,
Thanks for accepting me to the forum.
I have a Oct 2016 Ford Mondeo MD Trend Diesel Wagon in Magnetic colour, which I purchased new in May 2017. I love this car because it is comfortable, performs well, is a good size and is economical on the road. It is currently at around 85k.

Hey guys, what an awesome resource you have here, I've got a SZ that came without the service manual, (cant see one in the forums) so if anyone has a link to a PDF copy or scanned pages I'd be super grateful. I'm looking for the service schedule pages mainly to I can work out what needs to be done to her.

I haven't got the SZ Territory one specifically but it won't be dissimilar to the FGII Falcon schedule so that should be the starting point. You can find that one in the Tech Portal HERE.

Hi ford family… what a great resource for all the real sh*t that matters. I am resurrecting a 71 ZD 351c K code from being my daily drive for 10+years, to sitting in a garage for 13+ years, to regaining her former glory on the roads again in a historical/ club life. Getting her off the ground again has proved challenging but absolutely worth every minute. Still a while to go and can hopefully gain more knowledge with lots of questions sure to come. Thanks!
