I reckon that; The Front Wheels are pushing the Grass over & It's not getting Cut Properly... Maybe

I thought similar, but it's only on RH side.... I forgot to mention that

I'd still tip the Mower on It's side & run a Straight edge on the inside edge of the Front Wheels & see how much (if any) overlap you have with Cutting Disk/ Blades...

I overlap my runs just slightly when mowing which seems to work though I guess it would depend on what grass you have
