Holden have been running LHD Captivas with Chev badges for a while now.
All with Engineering stickers on the back.

Funny this topic should come up. I spotted an AWD VW Passat LHD with Finnish (Euro) rego plates. Was heading west on Parramatta Rd yesterday arvo. Didn't get a chance to take a pic. But looked a lot like a Subaru Outback in size and shape.

Please, 3-5 years ago I would see a LHD Camaro heading down the Monash fwy 2-3 times a week (in Port Melbourne - Fishermans bend area). Just R & D, unfortunately nothing to get to excited about.

They mentioned the SUV was from a local car company that will close in 2016.I think thats why they called the rumor file about it.

Could be any number for LHD SUVs here for engineering evaluation work.

I saw a LHD Honda SUV a couple of years ago in Newcastle. Looked a bit like a new MDX. It had the LHD warning stickers on it so all I can assume is they were testing the newer model here. No idea why it would be in Newcastle. Something you would expect in Sydney or Melbourne.
