G’day all, thought I’d say hi, new member to this forum but have been reading it for sometime, keeps me sane while working overseas.
I own a blueprint June 04 XR8 SSS, luxury pak and tint. My girl still has only 9,250K’s on the clock and not even had her 1st service, only the 3K piece of mind service. For the past 18 month since I have had the car I have only been home 115 days to luv her but hoping that will all change end of Feb 06, lots of business trips and for the past 13 months working in Bangladesh. Car is still bog standard but plan to do the usual bolt on mods when I get back, Full 2.5” system, Hi-flow cats and quad tips, CAI, Edit, UDP’s etc. I am guessing somewhere in the 230 – 240rwkw range based on what I have seen others manage. Needs a bit more snot under 3500 RPM and to actually sound like a V8. This is a fantastic forum with tons of very interesting threads and a wealth of information. Cheers, Norm |
