My god, you lot know nothing..

Punch a hold in the cat, point out the funny noise coming from under the car, take to exhaust shop, get new cat + bring home the old one for proof...Point out all the poor baby seals and cute koalas that all those bad emissions could've killed.. Be a hero, and if you're lucky you might also get a service!

i like cam's way of thinking but iv done the old buy it and tell her after iv got it then get yelled at for spending the cash then 2 hours later saying that was a good buy

I'm not what your wife's like. But I know when ever I try and sell something to dad I always wave the economy flag because he's a jew at heart.
Dad by doing this you'll get better mileage and it'll make things like towing a trailer easier.
