Default Seat & seat belt requirements

With a bit of luck I'll be taking the XT to a few wednesday night street meets this summer. Im hoping the new combo will do 12's or maybe even high 11's.
What are the seat belt & seat requirements for a car doing these sort of times? The car has the standard seats & belts.
Cheers Brad

4 point harness is " Supposed " to be fitted once you go 11.99 or faster , or faster than 115mph .

I think previous post are correct particularly ANDRA run tracks, what track you going to run at? Their website should advise you?

Although I spent a fare amount of time on Motorplex site and couldnt find any details :(

Stopwith 12 high 11s....your combo more like 11s definite change of high 10s :-)

Once you go into 11's you'll have to buy a licence and they'll supply you with the rule book...
From memory the seat has to be capable of shoulder belts and leg / crutch belt.. Which most std seats cannot support...

And if you get into the tens as suggested, and from reading your posts in the clevo section seems like every chance, you will then need a cage.

Cage , Fire suit , Boots , Gloves , uprated helmet ( possibly ) , plus more equipment .

IF your just going to run a 10.9 , once you add the weight of the cage and such, sometimes its enough to slow you back down to 11's . So its something to think about .
