Chevy - if it's a truck it's respected, otherwise just an ordinary car. Except people think the Camaro is pretty cool. I can totally see why GM is ditching Pontiac. But I don't know why they are keeping GMC.
Had the Calais and Caprice been sold as Buick Riveria (?) and Park Avenue,
they would have attracted a much more sympathetic group of buyers.

Once again, GM NA misread the market with G8 and Holden paid the price.
