Default Why would you do this?

What the hell? Massive tubs and huge rubber is all good, as long as you have an engine to back it up. This commodore, according to the auction, has a stock Buick V6! Anyone else think this is as retarded as I do?

Gee I reckon he was racing with that V6 in it.

Do you seriously think someone would do that to a car without the intention of putting a decent engine in it?

He makes no mention of the car being an unfinished project, or set up for a V8 and says it's ready to race with a minumum of changes. Just seems odd to me that by the looks of it he never intended on putting a V8 into it.

Not every V6 is a sad POS, I very much doubt its a piece of factory fineness. Could be something very strengthened , very boosted.
