Default Best adhesive for roof lining

G'day all, My roof lining has just started to come away from the roof (oddly enough) and I am wondering if anyone can recommend the best adhesive to use. It has started to "drop" near the top of the rear window. Thanking you in advance.

Both mine are doing it, the Montys is completely haging except for the sunvisors and handles and light holding it up, lol. The problem is the foam underneath hasd completely deteriorated and just crumbles when you try and touch it.

You gotta scrape off the old foam first before re glueing, just turns to dust anyway

I use contact cement normally, but today I used some Astroturf Glue, which I used to stick marine carpet down in the boat, worked good.

Thanks for your responses, now to work out the best option (another problem in itself : ). Thanks for the tip re rubbing back the old foam.
