Great movie, can't stress it enough, really. As clichéd as it sounds, a 'must see'. It's been a long time since I ever laughed while watching a movie, so grats to Eastwood for his efforts in acting and directing

Great movie and will be one of favourites, along with the Unforgiven. Like everyone else i would of loved to see the big bad 429 in action but i guess the owner didn't want that. I pretty much predicted the end correctly too, when he bought the fitted suit for the first time in his life sort of gave it away. Reminded me of my wifes grandfather. Grumpy old WW2 veteran who refuses to talk about the war and has not been on one single Anzac Day march in his life. When i naively asked why? one day, he replied, You know how they tell us Lest We Forget, well they're wrong it's really Best we forget. I can only imagine the horrors those eyes have seen.

I just finished watching it and what a brilliant movie. I've been an Eastwood fan since childhood and this has got to be one of his best films.

I'd heard alot of talk about the film and I was quite surprised when I started watching it because it's not at all what I thought it was going to be about. Great characters and great story. I loved it.

The Cobra Jet Engine in the 72 Torino was a 351 Cleveland with 4V Open Chamber Heads, Hydraulic Cam and 4 Bolt Mains. It made 248 HP in the Torino and 266 in the Mustang.

Great movie !. Not what I expected at all, a totaly different story to what I thought it was going to portray. Great acting by Clint Eastwood and the cast , also good directing in this film by Clint too. 4/5 to 4.5/5 from me.
Also on a note I just watched another movie directed by Clint Eastwood, called 'Changling', I didn't have a clue what this movie was about when I started watching it, but yet another great movie. Clint isn't in this movie but he directed it. Cheers.

I have to see this movie.

(Also, the 351 CJ had a dual point distributor.
A buddy of mine had one in 73 Cougar with a 4 speed.
Really rare, but he totalled it.)

He knew he was dying of lung cancer and decided to go out on his terms.
The line I like was " I shot gooks like you, in Korea and stacked you five high for sandbags"
I have seen it twice, not many films I see twice. Clint is brilliant at 78. Hope I am half as good at 78.

Well i saw it in January
and I thought it was a really good film
It was amazing tho, a good movie, but it wasnt advertised a lot
no one pushed it
yet i think a lot of people would have really enjoyed it
as they say, a well kept secret

Default torino's image

a lotta people don't know that the XA falcon coupe was remodelled from the torino . the aussies (in there infinate wisdom) shortened the wheel base and thus gave birth to the classic styling .

It was OK but not as good as I thought it was going to be.

Much prefered Clint as the "High Plains Drifter" or "Outlaw Josey Wales" .... nobody does the Cowboy roles like Eastwood, best ever imo.
