Default Car pulling to right under brakes

the wife pulled the handbrake on in the Fairlane yesterday and since then the car has pulled to the right under med-heavy braking. can the problem this model has with the hand brake make it pull to one side if its the rear brakes sticking? if it is the hand-brake is there a quick fix?

p.s knowing of the handbrake problems with this model i havnt used the hand-brake in 2 years!!!!!!!! could this have caused it to stick?
