the problem is even if he loses his licence.. or his car..
he will just get another VN for $500 and then go do the same stupid stuff without his licence.. thats the problem with the loss of licence system...it doesnt even effect the morons as they have no regard for rules.. but the poor bugger who gets caught for having a defect and losing his licence and actually abides by the road rules cant drive etc etc

Haha... good job...
Wait... I rode my Dads honda 80cc step-thru scooter to my learners motorcycle test when I was 18 yrs old! I passed my mate pushing his Yz250 down the road! I rolled up to the instructor, who took one look at me and said, " Well, your ready. Might as well go first"  Passed the test first go and was on my way home before my mate had even got there!  : : WARNING: Not recommended now days!
