Default Rear wiper removal

Hi all,

I wanted to ask about the rear wiper. I want to get rid of it and have the back windscreen wiper-free and i wanted to know if anyone has done this before. Ive seen pics of it done in the UK and i just dont know how to go about it.

I think the step would be to
1- remove the rear windscreen
2- take the wiper off, remove the control gear inside the boot
3- replace the windscreen and plug the hole

Any advice?

Thanks

Theo.
