Smartlock light On constantly and A/C wont work

This must be a problem that someone has had. The smartlock light is on but it is dull and wont go off but it flashs brightly as normal. The A/C wont work as well and this both happened at the same time. The A/C clicks on when you start it but than clicks off 5 sec later. There must be a connection between the 2 both playing up at the same time. I have checked the fuses and relays and the fan works. What do you guys think.
