heres a link on you tube its got the fight with the russian and the training scene. if your set on watching rocky for the first time then you might not want to have it spoilt because it really should be enjoyed the first time in the movie. real inspiration stuff

i just watched rocky 2 today and im kind of un decided now. it was a great movie. im shocked that 2 is in last place. it was fast paced it had everything a movie needs. good plot, humour, romance, struggle. victory..

Rocky IV was the best. Rocky III was close, but Rocky IV has it all - cool montages (one while driving a Lamborghini no-less), the death of Apollo, Dolph Lungren not experiencing past life regression and yeah... good fun.
I'm gonna have to get a copy of Rocky III though, I haven't seen it in ages!

Watched #6 yesterday and its not a bad movie. I dont want to say too much cos it will give alot away but i can say it doesnt end how i expected it to. It is a bit slow to get going tho

I seen the latest one the other night on dvd,it was crap.
a 60 or 70 yr old rocky comes out of retirement and goes toe to toe with the world champ lol,it was as slow as a wet sunday. |

I also saw the latest rocky on dvd, it is slow but stays true to the original lots of flashbacks etc..but when he starts straining again make you want quit smoking, dust off the old gym set and build some hurting bombs!
 : For all the sly fans it appears rambo will follow rocky back from retirement and go get bin laden as a favor to george w!  out:

I voted 4 but 3 was darn good as well, as was 2, as was one. Funnily enough, I don't actually think I've seen 5!

I got the latest Rocky on DVD and watched it a couple of weeks ago. The first hour is rubbish, then it build up and the fight at the end is what saves it from being the worst movie of all time. IMO, they shouldn't of bothered making Rocky VI (Officially called Rocky Balboa), but that's just me.
From the list, I voted Rocky IV as my Fave. |
