Update,
Sold the 170 and bought this.
Recently did Adelaide to Canberra to Bowral and back.
Locusts were a problem, hence the custom netting and taping.

Nah, not into "rice racers" mate.. I am more of a VIP'er and Pickup kind of guy.. My last car was a Lexus..

Anyway. The plan on returning to Aus, we will eventually need two cars. I am however waiting in anticipation for the new 2011 Ford Ranger to be released. And so until then, I have always wanted to get a Focus to play with and then give it to the wife when the Ranger is available..

I plan to have them both either white with blue racing stripes. Or silver with black to match each other in the driveway... Still thinking on the colour though...

Mine is a manual too, although no leather here. Mine is an '09 build so no Sony head unit either.

Cheers everyone. Yeah I really like the carbon fibre look and the plastics all feel very good, solid and nicely finished. A couple of mods on the way soon, I'll post a few new pics then,

I don't think it's real carbon fibre but it looks and feels pretty good quality. Shouldn't mark like the painted surfaces at least

Yeah I work down that way, was actually there yesterday picking up some oil and a filter.

I like the white Zetec with the leather, that's a bargain at that price.

I'm a big fan of white cars, just my personal preference. I spoke with several dealers trying to negotiate and get a white one with leather, they all told me the same story, white no leather or white and leather but auto :( If it had have been the 6 speed powershift I might have considered it. Anyway I spoke with a dealer in Campbelltown and the story was the same, he asked if I'd rung around any dealers, which I had all except for Harrigan's, I made the call, told the sales guy what I was after and he takes a walk out to the lot and within a few minutes he says he has exactly what I'm after 2011 model Zetec, white, manual with leather. After I picked myself up off the floor, I asked if he could put a hold on it for me and I would be up in a few hours (from down the coast about 2hrs or so away) Arrived at the yard, took it for a good drive for about 20mins and came back and put a deposit on it. Very lucky to get it and the price was a bonus
